Stephen founded Churchmanor in 1985 following a successful career with leading property consultants, Hillier Parker now CBRE. He felt there was both an opportunity and a need for a specialist property development company with in-depth knowledge of the East of England. This vision continues to guide the company and by adhering to its founding values has helped it grow and prosper.

Alan Started his finance career in the audit and advisory team of Grant Thornton (East Anglia), managing a portfolio of clients, predominately within the construction sector. Professional studies resulted in full Chartered status in the year 2000, with placement in the ‘East Anglian Order of Merit’ for examination results achieved. Moving into industry soon after qualification Alan has held a number of high level finance roles, continuing to widen his construction sector knowledge.

Leon joined Churchmanor Estates in 2015 and is a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years’ experience in the property and construction industry. He began his quantity surveying career with global practice Bucknall Austin, then joined architectural and surveying firm Nicol Thomas where he developed his expertise in project management.

Matt has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and particularly focuses on the pre-construction aspects of development, using a hands on approach to secure planning consents and legal and contractual aspects. Prior to joining Churchmanor, Matt worked for both Tesco and B & Q as an asset and development manager dealing with operational stores, as well as surplus freehold and leasehold properties.

Florence Lewis

 

 

Florence joined Churchmanor Estates in 2020 and is a Chartered Surveyor with 6 years’ experience in the property industry. Florence joins from Mayfair Capital where she worked on the acquisitions team, investing in a variety of asset classes across the UK. Prior to that, Florence worked in the Capital Markets team at JLL, as an investment agent. Florence is responsible for the sourcing of new opportunities and working with the development team to bring forward new projects.

Emma joined Churchmanor in 2012 having previously worked in various private offices in London and Suffolk, with a particular focus on media and clients in the public eye. She is particularly interested in the social media aspects of communication and their growing role within today’s business world. Emma is responsible for managing the full range of communications across the company.
