After outline planning permission was granted for retail warehousing at the site in Clacton-on-Sea Essex, we provided the finance for a joint purchase. Contained within the planning consent were requirements for a country park and new public infrastructure.
We secured pre-lettings to B&Q, Currys and two restaurant occupiers. The created investment was subsequently sold to a major institutional investor.
