The new state-of-the-art, multi-million-pound company headquarters for AVANT Tecno UK has been awarded Commercial Project of the Year at the UK EastPropAwards.Crafted by local firm SEH French and led by Churchmanor Estates, the 32,200sq ft facility in Bury St Edmunds is the new home of the agricultural loader firm’s UK operations.
AVANT Tecno UK had previously been based near Thetford since 1999, but continued rapid growth saw the need with a new purpose-built headquarters – boasting office space, a showroom, dedicated training facilities, a warehouse with automated technologies and a new technical workshop space.
The building is highly sustainable and has received a BREEAM rating of “Excellent”.
