Churchmanor Estates was proud to serve as the headline sponsor of this year’s Suffolk Mind Skydive, an extraordinary charity event held on Saturday 14 June 2025 at Beccles Airfield. A total of 29 daring fundraisers leapt from 13,000 feet and together raised an impressive £21,353.87 — far exceeding last year’s total.

The funds raised will make a tremendous difference to Suffolk Mind’s work across the county, from running the vital 0300 Helpline to providing mental health training, counselling, and community support.

As a proud Suffolk business, Churchmanor Estates sees mental wellbeing as a fundamental priority. In addition to our sponsorship, our Head of Communications, Emma Proctor King, took part in the jump—and raised a remarkable £2,180 herself.

Emma shared her experience:

“They say do one thing every day that scares you – I think I’ve got enough credit for the rest of the year. Hurtling towards the ground at 150 mph wasn’t exactly my usual Saturday, but raising money for such a great cause as Suffolk Mind made the panic worth it. 10/10 would recommend… once.”

Suffolk Mind’s CEO, Jon Neal, praised the participants and sponsors:

“It never ceases to amaze me the great heights people will go to … both literally and figuratively in this case … We would never be able to put on events like this without our incredible network of sponsors.”

Churchmanor Estates is honoured to have supported this event and remains committed to supporting mental health and community engagement in Suffolk for the long term.
