Stane Retail Park in Stanway is to become the home of a new Superdrug and Mountain Warehouse.
Superdrug will be taking the approximately 5,000sqft Unit A4 in the terrace next to Marks and Spencer.

Mountain Warehouse will be taking the approximately 10,000sqft Unit A5 next to Marks and Spencer and Superdrug.

In addition, the 80,000sqft Marks and Spencer department store we can confirm will be opening on 7th September with Superdrug and Mountain Warehouse opening shortly thereafter by the end of September.
The £65m Stane Retail Park is now fully completed with the existing tenants, B&Q, Aldi, Cook and Greggs trading at a very high level.
As part of the construction works Churchmanor have spent £2.6million on improvements to the Eight Ash Green A12 roundabout with a new four way traffic signal junction and the widening of the Western Bypass to two lanes between Essex Yeomanry Way and the Sainsbury’s roundabout.
