With a Beauty Studio including nail bar, piercing and brow and lash services, luxury fragrance counter and wide range of popular health and beauty brands, we’re proud to be investing in the high street and are sure our customers will love the new store.”

Mountain Warehouse will be taking the approximately 10,000sqft Unit A5 next to Marks and Spencer and Superdrug.

Founder of Mountain Warehouse Mark Neale commented “We’re proud to be opening a store at Stane Retail Park this August, and excited to share our passion for adventure and great value outdoor gear with the Stanway community.”

In addition, the 80,000sqft Marks and Spencer department store we can confirm will be opening on 7th September with Superdrug and Mountain Warehouse opening shortly thereafter by the end of September.

The £65m Stane Retail Park is now fully completed with the existing tenants, B&Q, Aldi, Cook and Greggs trading at a very high level.

As part of the construction works Churchmanor have spent £2.6million on improvements to the Eight Ash Green A12 roundabout with a new four way traffic signal junction and the widening of the Western Bypass to two lanes between Essex Yeomanry Way and the Sainsbury’s roundabout.

Emma Proctor King, Head of Communications from Churchmanor said “We are excited to announce two more tenants to add to the exiting line up at Stane Retail Park. We feel confident that this will enhance the continued success of the retail park, and provide an improved shopping experience for the residents of Stanway.”
