Just one month after construction began, impressive progress is already being made on the new leisure quarter at Gershwin Park, Witham.
Our latest drone footage captures the rapid transformation of the site, highlighting the pace at which the development is taking shape. What was recently a cleared construction site is now becoming a recognisable leisure destination, with significant progress made across the development.
Once complete, the leisure quarter will welcome McDonald’s, KFC, Costa Coffee and Ionity, providing a high-quality mix of food, drink and ultra-rapid electric vehicle charging facilities. Together, the development will enhance the amenities available at Gershwin Park, serving local residents, businesses, employees and visitors travelling through the area.
