Construction continues at pace on the new leisure quarter at Gershwin Park, Witham, with the latest drone footage revealing just how much progress has been made over recent months.
The transformation of the site has been remarkable. The buildings are now clearly taking shape, with significant advances made across all four units that will soon be occupied by McDonald’s, KFC, Costa Coffee and Ionity.
As work continues, attention is increasingly turning from the structural elements of the development to the external finishes, landscaping and infrastructure that will bring the leisure quarter to life. The project remains an exciting addition to Gershwin Park and represents another important milestone in the development of one of Essex’s premier commercial destinations.
The leisure quarter will provide a range of food, drink and electric vehicle charging facilities, creating a convenient stop for local residents, employees based at the business park and motorists travelling along the A12.
Leon Beards, Construction Director, said:
“Each time we visit the site, the progress is striking. Our latest drone footage demonstrates just how quickly the leisure quarter is coming together and gives a real sense of what the completed development will offer. We are excited to see the project entering its next phase and look forward to welcoming these fantastic brands to Gershwin Park.”
With every milestone achieved, Gershwin Park moves closer to welcoming its new occupiers, creating jobs, enhancing local amenities and delivering another successful development for the region.
