Delivered by leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist COEL, the comprehensive transformation will modernise the building to meet the evolving needs of research-led occupiers, providing flexible, sustainable and technically advanced accommodation within one of the UK’s leading science parks.
The refurbishment includes significant upgrades to the building’s mechanical and electrical systems, improving operational performance and enhancing energy efficiency throughout. Designed with flexibility in mind, the building will be capable of accommodating either a single occupier or two independent businesses, ensuring it can respond to a wide range of operational requirements.
