The three-storey Sidney Sussex Building comprises ten fully fitted research and development suites, ranging from approximately 2,245 sq ft to more than 8,300 sq ft. Combining state-of-the-art laboratory facilities with modern office and write-up space, the flexible design enables occupiers to expand within the building as their businesses grow.
Located within the 250-acre Chesterford Research Park, the new facility strengthens one of the UK’s leading science and technology destinations, providing businesses with high-quality accommodation in the heart of the Cambridge life sciences cluster.
The quality and appeal of the building has already been demonstrated, with the first letting secured shortly after completion. Existing occupier Camena Bioscience has relocated into the Sidney Sussex Building, becoming the first company to occupy the new space and reinforcing the Park’s reputation as a destination where innovative businesses can grow and thrive.
