We have today begun work on an exciting new phase of work at Gershwin Park in Witham. Brookes and Wood have started to construct the internal roads with the Park, with an anticipated completion date of 30th June 2021.
This project has a value of £680,000 and once completed will open up Plots 1, 14 and 18 for the next phase of construction.
We are anticipating making a planning application to Braintree District Council for a range of small industrial units on Plot 1 very shortly.
