Success with a partner often leads to further opportunities to work together and it was this that inspired our long standing partner St John’s College to offer us a new challenge.

We were tasked with unlocking profitable schemes from the development of a 12 acre business park in Huntingdon on land owned by the College.

We assumed the entire burden of development risk, and sought to create a balance of pre-let and speculative developments which could capitalise of the latent potential of the College’s landholding.
