Suffolk Business Park is 57 acres of strategic employment land that will provide high quality buildings to meet the demands of modern business.

The Business Park is being developed to a masterplan and is an extension to the commercial area of the town. Occupiers will benefit from its gateway location adjacent to Junction 45 of the A14 where the surrounding roads have been subject to a £15m improvement.

The business park will accommodate a wide variety of commercial uses with a number of prominent frontage plots. New buildings will be constructed on a design and build basis with typical floor areas upwards of 5,000sqft together with generous car parking standards. Plots will be available on leasehold and freehold terms.

To ensure a cohesive design the Business Park has been divided into four main zones. These areas will cover office and ancillary warehouse, business park facilities including A14 services, (hotel, public house and family restaurants) showrooms, agricultural machinery and B1 uses and B8 Buildings.
