Emma Proctor King said “The dynamic leadership, ambition and drive for company success was one of the main reasons that Timberwolf were the standout winner for the judges. They demonstrated a clear commitment to empowering and retaining staff whilst delivering continuous improvements to their products and their business strategies. The enthusiasm for their products, the company and their commitment to innovation was impressive and has resulted in a significant and impressive growth in revenue and profit.  The company ethos has been ingrained throughout its workforce through the passion of the leadership team, and this coupled with a real in-depth and researched understanding of their customers’ needs is no doubt why they are the market leader. The judges believe that Timberwolf is a truly excellent example of a business worthy of this award, a shining example of how Suffolk Businesses can compete in today’s global economy.”
